Initial Consultation

As a new client, this session helps us establish your goals and jointly determine which modalities will best serve your stated healing intention. This session is required for all new clients before you can schedule individual sessions so the healing work is uniquely tailored to your needs. Somatic Experiencing®

Personal sessions to work with chronic stress patterns, medical and autoimmune syndromes (including post-COVID syndrome and post-ICU/ventilator trauma), chronic pain patterns; near-death experiences; ancestral and oppression trauma.

Professional Consultations

Polyvagal-theory/trauma-informed or yoga integration consultation for Somatic Experiencing® students, psychotherapists, bodyworkers, energy healers and yoga teachers who want to understand the practical applications of the polyvagal theory and integrate a psycho-spiritual approach to healing.

Pranic Healing Yoga & Meditation

Private yoga/meditation training including hatha yoga, tantric meditation, mantra japa, restorative yoga & yoga nidra for healing and spiritual growth. At least three (3) sessions recommended: intake and assessment session to determine goals of practice, personal practice instruction, and practice follow-up to assess effectiveness of the practice prescribed.

Ancestral Healing

Transgenerational trauma and ancestral lineage healing offered as a series of 6 consecutive weekly sessions, which can be repeated as needed. Establishing a relationship with ancestors can help clear out inherited patterns and reclaim lost ancestral gifts. This is especially important for those who are multiracial in a world that overvalued whiteness and have learned to hide ancestry.

The Yoga of Emotions​

The tantric yoga tradition recognizes 9 emotions, known as rasas, that manifest mentally and bodily. The word rasa means “the essence of emotion” as well as “taste.” We are made of emotions and emotions are considered the spice of life. Rasa sadhana, translated as emotional discipline, is a practice designed to explore and transform the emotions through self-study and specific techniques that involve the body. With practice, we can learn to master the emotions and experience the capacity to choose how they influence our thoughts and behaviors. Practitioners learn to establish emotional balance in the four pairs of opposite emotions, and ultimately dissolve emotional experience into the 9th emotion that has no opposite: Shanta/Peace. Each 90-minute class will include lecture on a pair of opposite emotions, practice to shift those particular emotions, reflection/journaling, followed by sharing/Q&A. Recommended (but not required) reading: “The Yoga of the Nine Emotions: The Tantric Practice of Rasa Sadhana” by Peter Marchand.
